Jessica Walsh – Senior Coach and Personal Trainer

JessJessica is a Swedish mother of 3, who’s been training the people of Luxembourg for years. She started off in the gyms giving all kinds of classes but realised after a while that she didn’t want to been known as just another group-training instructor. Instead she hooked up with Tim Goodwin (Founder of GetFit.lu), did a Personal Training Diploma (www.WABBA.co.uk) and started climbing the Kinetic Chain Assessment-ladder with Dax Moy (www.londonpersonaltrainingstudio.com). The goal is Ninja level!

Jessica is looking for dedicated and hard working clients. Her style is to give you tough and challenging workouts each and every time you set foot in the studio.  Even though Jess has a tough approach to training, it all comes down to how well your body is working as a whole. She is not there to break you but to get your body to perform in the best possible way weather it might be to do your specific sport better, getting back to fitness after having a baby or just wanting to drop a dress size or two.

Your workouts will be tough and there really is NO excuse when it comes to sorting out your Nutrition and delivering on the promises you make yourself.

Jess also runs the incredibly successful JessBoxing programs, training predominately females to get great workouts using pads and gloves, releasing the aggressions of the day in a safe and controlled environment. Your training with Jess will likely be scheduled from early mornings up until early afternoon throughout the week.
