Are you tired of the gym?
Is the music too loud in your group classes?
Keen to try something different?
This spring you’re invited to join in the fun when we Go Out Get Fit. No more smelly change rooms or boring gym settings, all training takes place in the beautiful Bambesch forest. Group classes are designed that all participants can train at their own level while under the watchful supervision of qualified instructors. Classes are always slightly different using a variety of forest trails, so if your training has become too routine, this is the solution.

Exercises are based on whole body movements using your weight as resistance. These include squats, lunges, step ups, plank and a huge variety of new exercises to make each workout a real challenge. We target core strength, balance and flexibility to ensure that you are addressing more aspects of real fitness.
Short based interval running is also used to boost metabolism and is a proven way to increase your cardio fitness at the same time. Don’t worry if running is not your strength as distances are always short.
Each client is observed closely during the session to ensure proper technique, with modifications possible to change the intensity if needed.
The general structure of Go Out Get Fit is based on 1 month of training over 12 sessions.
We currently have 2 groups running:
- 7am Tuesday / Thursday and 8:30am Saturday
- 9am Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Ideally we want clients to commit to the 12 sessions to benefit most from the progressive nature of the program.
Regardless of your fitness level or exercise background, many great benefits await you when you Go Out Get Fit.
